Job description
Agrico is a leading producer and distributor of agricultural equipment in Southern Africa. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven draughtsperson to join the team at our head office in Bellville, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be involved in the design and modelling of irrigation systems and related products.
Job requirements
Required and recommended qualifications, knowledge and experience:
- Diploma / Experience in 3D design, modelling and draughting
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor / Vault / AutoCAD
- Experience working with sheet metal and steel
- Knowledge of hydraulics
- Good communication skills
- Good people skills
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Experience in project management
- Willing to work overtime
- Knowledge of irrigation, pump stations and pipe networks can be beneficial
- Passionate about agriculture and driven to add value to the sector
