Job description
We’re seeking a skilled Head of Debtors Department to oversee accounts receivable operations and drive success within our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead debtors department: manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Optimize cash flow, minimise bad debt risk
- Communicate effectively with sales, finance, and personnel at branches
- Analyse trends, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance
Job requirements
- Appropriate qualifications: Matric
- Previous management experience will count in your favour
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Service orientation
- Organised, meticulous and honest
- Willing to work extra hours if needed
Further qualification will count in your favour:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in accounts receivable and leadership
