Job description
Are you passionate about agriculture and irrigation design? Agrico is looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Irrigation Designers. In this role, you will design various irrigation systems, including center pivots, drip, and micro-irrigation systems. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring efficient and effective irrigation solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new potential clients
- Surveying sites
- Designing irrigation systems
- Drafting Bills of Quantity
- Preparing quotations
- Selecting and recommending pumps
- Managing projects
Job requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- No experience needed; training will be provided
- Code 08 driver’s license with access to own transport
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (essential)
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
- Honest, diligent, and proactive
- Willingness to work overtime and travel
- Good communication skills
