Job description
We are seeking a qualified vehicle spray painter to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle surface preparation, spray painting and polishing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain & operate the spray booth according to manager/owner’s guidelines.
- Regularly inspect & maintain air supply equipment and ensure clean filters.
- Apply paint using appropriate techniques and ensure proper color mixing & matching.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the repair process to ensure a high standard of work.
- Must be able to polish.
- Must be able to lead the paint shop team.
- Be available to work overtime and weekends when required.
Job requirements
- South African Citizen.
- Qualified spray painter.
- 5 Years of experience in a large panel shop.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and communication skills.
